Cancellation & Late Policies

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. Clients must log in to their account, find the booking, and cancel before the 24-hour window expires. After the 24-hour window has passed, the option to cancel an appointment will no longer be available, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Late Policy

If the client is running late to an appointment I can accept up to 15 minutes late for their time booked. When booking, we both agree to show up for class in a respectful way to one another’s time and energy with integrity.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for the retreats. You will need to purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in case you may need to cancel.
