Service Description
In studio and/or online class to build your practice by focusing on alignment, breath work, benefits of postures, guided meditations, learning mantras to create more ease and balance in life, exploring chi(energy) and the way it helps build our focus, health, mindfulness, and vitality. In this workshop we will practice 90 minutes of Yoga combining Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga. 30 minutes of pranayama(breath exercises), 30 minutes of mantras & meditation and finish with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra into a long, final relaxation for deep rest.
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: If the client is running late to an appointment I can accept up to 15 minutes late for their time booked. When booking, we both agree to show up for class in a respectful way with consideration for one another’s time and energy. Cancellation Policy: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. Clients must log in to their account and cancel before the 24-hour window expires.
