One class can be tailored from Restorative Yoga, to Hatha to dynamic Power Flow. Benefit from the close attention to precise alignment, gentle adjustments, and insights into poses. The experience is a holistic journey with meditation and personalized exploration.
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: If the client is running late to an appointment I can accept up to 15 minutes late for their time booked. When booking, we both agree to show up for class in a respectful way with consideration for one another’s time and energy. Cancellation Policy: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. Clients must log in to their account and cancel before the 24-hour window expires.
